Our Intensive Outpatient Program is built for people who need more than a weekly counseling session, but do not need round the clock, inpatient care. IOP gives you a structured schedule of therapeutic support several days a week, so you get consistent momentum in your recovery while still going home each night, keeping your job, and staying connected to the people who matter to you.
Sessions combine individual check ins, group therapy, and psychoeducation, all coordinated by a team that talks to each other, so your care doesn't fragment across appointments that don't communicate.
Who This Is For
- Stepping down from a higher level of care. IOP is a common next step after a more intensive program, giving you continued structure as you transition back to daily life.
- Stepping up from weekly counseling. If once a week isn't providing enough support right now, IOP adds the consistency and frequency that can make the difference.
- Balancing recovery with responsibilities. Built for people who need to keep working, attending school, or caring for family while getting serious support.
- Wanting community, not just a therapist. The group component means you're supported by peers who understand, not just a clinician.
What's Included
- Multiple sessions per week. A structured schedule combining individual and group formats, typically several hours per session.
- Licensed clinical facilitation. Groups and individual check ins are led by licensed behavioral health clinicians.
- Coordination with medication management. If your plan includes psychiatric care, your IOP team stays connected with your prescriber.
- Family involvement options. Family sessions can be built into your plan when it supports your progress.
- Case management support. Help navigating insurance, appointments, and any other piece of your care that needs coordinating.
What to Expect
Your first step is an intake conversation, not a form to fill out alone. We'll talk through your history, your current situation, and your goals, then recommend a schedule that fits. Most clients start noticing the rhythm of the program within the first week or two, structure that gives each day a shape.
