Supportive Housing

A stable place to land while you do the work.

Recovery is harder to sustain without a stable, safe place to live. Our supportive housing option pairs a substance free, structured living environment with your outpatient treatment plan, so stability at home and progress in treatment can reinforce each other.

This isn't independent living with no support. It's a supervised environment built around accountability, community, and the routines that make consistent treatment possible.

Who This Is For

  • Clients without a stable or safe home environment. Housing instability is one of the biggest barriers to consistent treatment.
  • People early in recovery who need structure. A substance free, supervised setting reduces exposure to situations that make early recovery harder.
  • Those transitioning from a higher level of care. Supportive housing can serve as a stable bridge back into independent living.
  • Anyone who does better with community around them. Shared living with peers in recovery builds accountability that's hard to replicate alone.

What's Included

  • Substance free living environment. A supervised home setting with clear expectations around sobriety.
  • Structure and accountability. House routines, check ins, and peer accountability built into daily life.
  • Integration with your treatment plan. Housing is coordinated with your IOP, counseling, or other program participation, not separate from it.
  • Case management support. Help navigating logistics, from paperwork to connecting with community resources.
