Transportation Support

Getting to care shouldn't be the hardest part.

Missed appointments are rarely about lack of motivation. Often, it's a ride that fell through. Transportation support helps remove that barrier so consistent care is actually possible, especially for clients in more intensive programs like IOP.

This is coordination and assistance getting to and from appointments and program days, built into your plan when it's needed.

Who This Is For

  • Clients without reliable transportation. Support for getting to and from appointments consistently.
  • Anyone in a multi day program like IOP. Frequent attendance is easier to sustain when transportation isn't a recurring obstacle.
  • Clients in supportive housing. Coordinated transportation between housing and program locations.
  • Families supporting a loved one's attendance. Transportation support can ease pressure on family members trying to help with logistics.

What's Included

  • Coordination for appointment travel. Help arranging transportation to and from scheduled sessions.
  • Consideration for program day schedules. Especially relevant for clients attending IOP multiple days a week.
  • Communication with your care team. Your case manager helps coordinate transportation alongside the rest of your plan.

What to Expect

Transportation needs are discussed as part of your intake and ongoing care planning. Availability and specifics depend on your program and location, so this is best worked out directly with your case manager.
